Celebrating the 51st National Day of Renaissance and reinstating its commitment to promote awareness on the significance of savings, ahlibank conducted its popular Wafra draws rewarding its customers with special prizes on this joyous occasion. Winners walked away with overall prizes totaling OMR 51,000.
During the event, which was streamed live on the Bank’s social media pages, 51 customers were awarded a prize of OMR 1,000 each. The broadcast was widely watched by followers who expressed their appreciation for the Wafra prize scheme, through which the Bank seeks to reach a large base of customer segment, rewarding them across a variety of draws.

“In line with our goal of helping people achieve their dreams, 2021 Wafra is designed to reward more than 1,600 customers with prizes totalling more than RO2 million, across various ahlibank’s branches in the Sultanate,” Muneer Al Balushi added.
Mr. Al Balushi confirmed that ahlibank will hold the fourth Quarter Wafra draws at the end of this year. The Bank will reward the winners of prizes in excess of OMR 300,000. One winner will receive the grand “Salary for Life” prize, with a total value of OMR 250,000 (OMR 1000 throughout 250 months).
The bank will also announce the winner of the OMR 25,000 quarterly prize for Al Nukhba and Exclusiv accounts, as well as the winner of the quarterly draw of Imtiyaz account with a prize of OMR 5,000. For customers who maintain an average quarterly balance of at least OMR 5,000 in their accounts, the Bank will offer a special quarterly prize of OMR 25,000 for five winners (OMR 5,000 each).
