Minimum salary per month

• OMR 320 for Government and Qausi Government Omani employees;
• OMR 500 for private sector Omani employees; and
• OMR 750 for expatriates

Minimum length of service – 3 months​

Minimum age – 21 years

Maximum age (on maturity or retirement) – 65years for Omanis, 60 years for expatriates

Maximum loan amount

• OMR 350,000 for Government and Qausi Government Omani employees;
• OMR 350,000 for private sector Omani employees; and
• OMR 50,000 for expatriates.

Maximum loan tenor – up to 10 years for Omanis, up to 5 years for expatriates

1. Completed application form;
2. Valid Passport / National ID/ Resident ID
3. Copies of last 6 months’ bank statements;
4. Salary certificate issued to ahlibank; and
5. Salary transfer letter.
