Eligibility

Minimum salary per month

OMR 320 for Government and Quasi Government Omani employees;
OMR 500 for private sector Omani employees; and
OMR 1,000 for expatriates

Minimum length of service – 3 months

Minimum age – 21 years

Maximum age (on maturity or retirement) – 65 years for Omanis, 60 years for expatriates

Maximum loan amount

OMR 500,000 for Omanis; and
OMR 50,000 for expatriates.

Maximum loan tenor – up to 25 years for Omanis and for expatriates

Documents Required

Completed application form;
Valid Passport / National ID/ Resident ID;
Copies of last 6 months’ bank statements; Salary certificate issued to ahlibank; and
Salary transfer letter.
