As part of its endeavour to enhance the savings culture among youth, ahlibank has launched its new MyChoice segment to enable youth to manage their budgets and enjoy a range of benefits.
MyChoice segment is specially designed to meet the needs of the youth, in the age group of 18 to 25 years, taking into account their daily and future requirements.
Commenting on the new scheme for youth, Muneer Al Balushi – AGM- Head of Retail Distribution, ahlibank said, “ahlibank strives to serve all age groups as we understand the importance of the role of the youth in building society. The ‘MyChoice’ segment will give young people varied benefits and inculcate the savings culture in them from a very young age to make them financially independent. Young account holders will also be eligible to enter other prize draws offered by the bank.”
The MyChoice debit card offers a range of benefits such as a petrol card as a welcome gift, free mobile data, branded debit and credit cards, special prize draw with Wafra savings accounts and many more. Moreover, MyChoice account holders can avail personal loans that are customised for working youth with low interest rates. Short-term personal loan is also available for a maximum of two years with special rates.
In addition to special offers and discounts for youth at a wide range of merchants with ahlirewards application, there is a special prize draw for Wafra savings account holders, wherein five youth account holders will receive RO300 each every month.
