Due to the request received from investors, the Bank obtained the Capital Market Authority’s approval for the extension of the issue close date of AT1 Perpetual bonds (through private placement) and as per the revised period, the subscription will close on 13th December 2018. (Issue close date).
Henceforth, the new timetable would be as follows:
