ahlibank recently held a ceremony to honor the 8th batch of graduates from its flagship program, “<\/span>HIMAM,”<\/span> one of the bank’s key initiatives aimed at developing national talent. The event was held at the bank’s head office in <\/span>Wattayah<\/span>, attended by several employees and members of senior management. The <\/span>HIMAM<\/span> program reflects ahlibank’s commitment to supporting and empowering Omani youth by enhancing their practical and professional skills, thus improving their readiness for the job market. The program also contributes to the Sultanate’s efforts in employment and capacity-building by adopting the highest standards in training and developing national talent.<\/span><\/p>\n

The ceremony began with a welcome speech, followed by an address delivered by ahlibank’s CEO, Said Abdullah Al Hatmi, in which he highlighted the objectives of the HIMAM program and its impact on empowering national talent. The event also included an introductory presentation about the program and the introduction of the 8th batch of participants. A short video was showcased, highlighting key milestones and achievements of the program. The ceremony concluded with congratulations and a recognition segment honoring the graduates for their dedication and perseverance throughout the program. In addition, during the ceremony, the launch of the 10th<\/sup> batch of the HIMAM program was also announced, marking a new step towards continuing the investment in promising national talents.<\/span><\/p>\n

It is worth mentioning that the HIMAM program was launched in 2015 and has since contributed to empowering many young Omani men and women. At its core, the program focuses on refining the skills of the youth, developing their capabilities, and equipping them with the knowledge and tools needed to excel in the banking sector. Over two years of intensive training and practical engagement, the program continues to graduate cohorts of qualified professionals capable of taking on key responsibilities within the bank. Many of its graduates now hold prestigious positions at ahlibank, playing a vital role in supporting the Sultanate’s economic and social growth.<\/span><\/p>\n
