Following a welcome speech and a word from ahlibank&rsquo;s CEO, Said Abdullah Al Hatmi, the event began with an introduction to HIMAM, its latest batch, and a Q&amp;A session. At its core, the program aims to enhance the skills of the participants and bolster their abilities, while also providing them with the needed knowledge and tools to succeed in the banking sector. The program has employed many of its graduates, and has proven successful in supporting the Sultanate&rsquo;s socio-economy time and again. This includes interviews and assessments to ensure the selection of the most competent individuals.
